Thong Chai
With a 35-year legacy of hands-on leadership, Thongchai's career is defined by building and optimizing operations from the ground up. He spent 16 years at the Shangri-La Hotel mastering the financial intricacies of purchasing and cost control. He then joined the opening team of the Conrad Bangkok. Over 13 years, he expanded beyond procurement to oversee major property renovations and complex project management.
After diversifying his expertise by directing large-scale logistics and campus development at NIST International School, Thongchai realized his true calling: delivering cross-sector insights directly to property owners.
This drove him to establish his own Hospitality Consultancy and Asset Management firm. Today, Thongchai acts as an extension of his clients' executive teams. Whether guiding major hotel refurbishments, negotiating global supply contracts, or conducting granular cost analyses to boost EBITDA, he delivers the seasoned, unbiased oversight that only three and a half decades of leadership can offer.

Billy Chen
Mr Chen is a seasoned hotelier with over 25 years of senior management experience in luxury hotels, private clubs, and hospitality properties across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States. He spent 15 years with Shangri-La Group, overseeing hotel operations, openings, facility upgrades, and major international events.
He later served as Vice President of Operations at Raffles International Hotels & Resorts and Executive Director of Membership Services and Property at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, where he led major clubhouse renovation and development projects. In 2016, he founded Kattaliya Limited, providing hospitality consulting and management services.
Andrew Chen graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with bachelor's degrees in Architecture and Structural Engineering. He is a licensed architect in the United States and a member of AIA and NCARB.
In 1999, Andrew founded Cendes Design in Singapore, later expanding the practice with strategic offices in Chengdu and Beijing. Under his leadership, Cendes Design has grown from a boutique studio into a fully licensed architectural practice with over 500 professionals. The firm delivers a broad range of projects, including urban planning, commercial complexes, office buildings, hotels, and residential developments, with an expanding presence in China and international markets.
Mr Han is primarily engaged in the development and operation of commercial assets in North America and Mainland China. Before joining Cendes Design, he served as General Manager of Commercial Investment and Operations for Mapletree China.
Mr Han has a deep understanding of the real estate industry in Asia, particularly in China, with extensive experience in land use, urban planning procedures, and real estate development regulations. In recent years, he has been actively involved in urban renewal, district regeneration, and rural revitalization projects, bringing distinctive insights to complex development and transformation initiatives.
